Return Period

You may return most items within 14 days of the delivery date. Items returned after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  2. Package Your Return: Safely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all original accessories and documentation.
  3. Ship Your Return: Use the shipping carrier of your choice to send the package to the address provided in your RMA instructions. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@masagechairandkiosks.com or call 866-243-3112. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow our return process.
